Inna – licensed Tourist Guide in Slovenia
My name is Inna, and I have been a licensed tourist guide in Slovenia since 2015. The journey to this profession has been a long one, but every life experience has led me to the work I truly love. Today, I cannot imagine doing anything else.
I was born in Ukraine. After finishing high school, I began studying foreign languages in Kyiv. Later, my passion for communication and discovering new cultures took me to Paris, where I studied Communication and Information Sciences. In 2009, love brought me to Slovenia, where I found not only a new home, but also my calling.
It was love at first sight with Ljubljana. I was captivated by its rich history, beautiful architecture, relaxed atmosphere, and the warmth of its people. That is why I decided to share my passion for this remarkable city and for Slovenia with visitors from all over the world.
I love meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. I speak Slovenian, English, French, and Ukrainian. I truly believe that being a foreigner myself has become one of my greatest strengths as a guide. I still remember what it felt like to explore Ljubljana for the very first time—with curiosity, excitement, and countless questions. Because I have been a visitor myself, I can easily relate to my guests and help them experience the city through fresh eyes.
Every tour I lead is tailored to my guests’ interests, wishes, and pace. I believe the best travel experiences are personal, authentic, and relaxed. Whether we are strolling through the charming streets of Ljubljana or discovering the hidden gems of Slovenia, my goal is to make every tour memorable, engaging, and full of genuine local stories.
The most rewarding part of my work is the connection I build with people from around the world. While I introduce my guests to Slovenia, they share their own cultures, traditions, and stories with me. Every tour becomes a meaningful exchange that enriches us both.

Je m’appelle Inna et je suis guide touristique officielle en Slovénie depuis 2015. Le chemin qui m’a menée à cette profession a été long, mais chaque étape de ma vie m’a conduite vers un métier que j’exerce aujourd’hui avec passion. Je ne pourrais plus imaginer faire autre chose.
Je suis née en Ukraine. Après le lycée, j’ai commencé des études de langues étrangères à Kyiv, avant de poursuivre un cursus en sciences de la communication et de l’information à Paris. En 2009, c’est l’amour qui m’a amenée en Slovénie, où j’ai trouvé non seulement un nouveau foyer, mais aussi ma véritable vocation.
Ce fut un véritable coup de cœur pour Ljubljana. J’ai été séduite par son riche patrimoine, sa magnifique architecture, son atmosphère paisible et la gentillesse de ses habitants. C’est ce qui m’a donné envie de partager ma passion pour cette ville exceptionnelle et pour la Slovénie avec des visiteurs venus des quatre coins du monde.
J’aime rencontrer des personnes de cultures différentes. Je parle le slovène, l’anglais, le français et l’ukrainien. Je suis convaincue que le fait d’avoir moi-même été étrangère est devenu l’un de mes plus grands atouts en tant que guide. Je me souviens parfaitement de mes premières découvertes de Ljubljana, de ma curiosité, de mon émerveillement et de toutes les questions que je me posais. Ayant moi-même vécu cette expérience, je comprends facilement les attentes de mes visiteurs et je les aide à découvrir la ville avec un regard neuf.
Chacune de mes visites est adaptée aux envies, aux centres d’intérêt et au rythme de mes clients. Je suis persuadée que les plus beaux voyages sont ceux qui sont authentiques, personnalisés et conviviaux. Que nous nous promenions dans les rues pleines de charme de Ljubljana ou que nous partions à la découverte des trésors cachés de la Slovénie, mon objectif est de rendre chaque visite inoubliable, vivante et riche en histoires locales.
Ce que j’aime le plus dans mon métier, ce sont les rencontres. Tandis que je fais découvrir la Slovénie à mes visiteurs, ils me font découvrir leur culture, leurs traditions et leur vision du monde. Chaque visite devient ainsi un véritable échange humain qui nous enrichit tous.

Мене звати Інна, і з 2015 року я працюю офіційною туристичною гідесою в Словенії. Шлях до цієї професії був довгим, але кожен життєвий досвід привів мене до справи, яку я сьогодні виконую із захопленням. Я вже не уявляю себе в іншій професії.
Я народилася в Україні. Після закінчення школи розпочала вивчення іноземних мов у Києві, а згодом продовжила навчання в Парижі, де здобувала освіту за спеціальністю «Комунікація та інформаційні науки». У 2009 році кохання привело мене до Словенії, де я знайшла не лише новий дім, а й своє справжнє покликання.
Любов до Любляни виникла з першого погляду. Мене зачарували її багата історія, вишукана архітектура, спокійна атмосфера та щирість її мешканців. Саме тому я вирішила ділитися своєю любов’ю до цього прекрасного міста та всієї Словенії з гостями з усього світу.
Я люблю знайомитися з людьми різних культур і традицій. Володію словенською, англійською, французькою та українською мовами. Переконана, що те, що я сама колись була іноземкою, стало однією з моїх найбільших переваг як гіда. Я добре пам’ятаю свої перші кроки в Любляні — цікавість, захоплення та безліч запитань. Саме тому мені легко зрозуміти своїх гостей і допомогти їм відкрити для себе місто по-особливому.
Кожну екскурсію я адаптую до інтересів, побажань і темпу моїх гостей. Я вірю, що найкращі подорожі — це ті, що є особистими, щирими та наповненими справжніми емоціями. Чи ми прогулюємося чарівними вуличками Любляни, чи відкриваємо приховані перлини Словенії, моя мета — зробити кожну екскурсію незабутньою, цікавою та сповненою захопливих місцевих історій.
Найбільше у своїй роботі я ціную зустрічі з людьми. Поки я відкриваю своїм гостям Словенію, вони знайомлять мене зі своєю культурою, традиціями та поглядом на світ. Кожна екскурсія стає справжнім обміном досвідом, який збагачує нас усіх.
