This year was organized in Georgian capital Tbilisi. President of ARGOS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.localguides-slovenia.com\/en\/guides\/mateja-kregar-gliha\/\">Mateja Kregar GLiha<\/a> represented Slovenia.\u00a0 On the agenda were many topics, which are important for an everyday life of a professional tourist guide.\u00a0 The special challenge of 21<sup>st<\/sup> century is a digital approach to guiding with all the opportunities that the guides are facing within the topic. During the convention were organized educational workshops as well. Lifetime learning is a key to a successful tourist guiding. Next to it, WFTGA has a new ExBo, with members from all around the World: Philippines, Iran, USA, UK as well as South Africa, where president ALushca comes from.<\/p>\n<p>Next convention will be in 2021 in Novi Sad, Serbia.
