Golovec Hill – Forest mythology on the outskirts of Ljubljana

Are forest fairies and elves really only the fruit of imagination searching for images in the play of light and shadows? What does the folk tradition say about the structure of the world and what do trees have to do with it? Join us in an exploration of the tree symbolism and learn about the mythology of forests only a stone’s throw from the center of Ljubljana.

Ljubljana – Walking the lay lines

Lay lines, veins of energy that flow through the landscape, also traverse Ljubljana. Certain symbolic marks on old buildings that stand on this network reveal that their creators recognize and used the energetic properties of space in their construction. Our guided walk is an an opportunity to experience the old city center from a different perspective.
